Sunrise Strength: Daily Relief (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Sunrise Strength iOS app.
1. No Account Required
Sunrise Strength does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information to use the app.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Sunrise Strength stores app data locally on your device, including:
- completed stretch sessions
- session dates and durations
- focus areas
- stress ratings
- streaks and progress
- daily goal settings
- favorite exercises
- reminder preferences
- appearance and theme preferences
This information is stored using Apple’s local storage technologies, including SwiftData and UserDefaults. Sunrise Strength does not send this data to our servers.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Sunrise Strength offers subscriptions through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit.
Payments are processed by Apple. Sunrise Strength does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, billing address, or other payment information.
Apple may provide the app with subscription entitlement information so the app can determine whether premium features are active.
4. Notifications
If you choose to enable daily reminders, Sunrise Strength requests permission to send notifications.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Sunrise Strength does not collect push tokens and does not send reminder or notification data to our servers.
You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Sunrise Strength does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
Sunrise Strength does not track you across other apps or websites.
Sunrise Strength does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
6. Support Emails
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your app data is stored locally on your device, it remains on your device for as long as the app is installed.
You can delete your workout history or reset app data inside the app. You can also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
8. Children’s Privacy
Sunrise Strength is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
Sunrise Strength relies on Apple’s iOS security features, including app sandboxing and device-level protections, to help protect locally stored app data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
